In the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, at 222 meters above sea level, in a region many call Croatian Tuscany, lies the small town of Buje. The place is known for its narrow stone streets and terraced houses.

In a narrow alley, hidden from view, facing the sun and right next to the center of Buje, there is this stone terraced beauty with a total area of approx. 200m2.

The house itself has three floors and was completely renovated in 2022.

Various events are organized in the near and far surroundings throughout the year, some of them are: Film Festival in Pula, Motovun Film Festival in the picturesque town of the same name, Vinistra Wine Exhibition in Poreč, Truffle Days in Livada, Istrian Prosciutto Fair in Tinjan, Bicycle Races through Istria , Medieval Festival in Svetvinčent, Summer Music Festival in Rovinj, Starfish Festival in Umag, ATP tournament in Umag or Zlatni Lav also in Umag

In the immediate vicinity there are also several top Istrian winemakers and producers of extra virgin olive oil, where you can taste and buy highly awarded products at national and international trade exhibitions. Within a few kilometers there are also famous Istrian taverns and top restaurants offering typical local Istrian cuisine.

Buje is a wonderful town with open-minded locals.
