In the north of the Istrian peninsula, between Oprtlje and Grožnjan, on a 240m high hill, Završje town is located with a breath-taking view.

In the foreground is a medieval town raised on a gorge above the Mirna valley, and in the distance behind it Motovun on the other side of the river, on some other hill, as if floating.

Vineyard of approx. 2800m2 is located near Završje. The type of soil is white soil, it easily absorbs and retains water for a long time, which allows plants to survive on it during the dry and hot summer. On the plot there are approximately 800 vines of the Malvasia variety in 17 rows, which produce an average of approximately 1,500-1,800 liters of wine. The vineyard offers a wonderful view of Motovun and the surrounding hills.
